"Getting help was a hassle"
I had a frustrating experience with their customer service. I emailed them twice, and both times the replies took forever and were so vague that nothing actually got resolved. It felt like I was just being brushed off, which makes it hard to trust them if something goes wrong. I don’t see myself buying from them again

"Wore out way too quickly"
I really wanted to like this, but it just didn’t hold up for me. The quality felt cheap from the start, and it wore out much faster than I expected. it feels like a preventable issue if better materials or construction had been used.

"Sizing felt off for me"
I ordered my usual size, and it fit like it was made for someone with a totally different shape. The jersey was really tight through the chest but somehow kind of loose around the waist, and the bibs felt a bit short and uncomfortable.
I did check the size chart before ordering, so I’m not totally sure where things went wrong. Having to return it after waiting for the order was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t buy from Pactimo again unless the sizing gets more consistent.
"Decent idea, but the custom design missed the mark"
I was excited to order a custom kit, and I’ll say the overall concept and options were cool. The preview looked promising, but when it arrived, the design looked noticeably different and not as clean as I expected. Some parts felt a bit sloppy, which was disappointing after waiting for it. It’s not completely terrible, but for the price and wait time, I was hoping for a much better result.

I ordered a jersey thinking it would show up in about a week, which feels like a reasonable expectation. Instead, it just sat for days with no real updates, and the tracking didn’t help much at all. The jersey itself was fine once it finally arrived, but the late delivery made the whole experience more annoying than it needed to be.
